Hélder Dias

Hélder Dias is a seasoned professional in BIM management with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as BIM Manager at HRS Real Estate AG since January 2022, Hélder previously held various BIM-related roles at CSD INGENIEURS from August 2012 to December 2021, including Référent BIM CVSE and Responsable d’activité BIM for the Suisse Romande region. Additionally, Hélder contributed as an instructor at the Haute école d'ingénierie et d'architecture de Fribourg in February 2018, delivering a module on BIM coordination. Earlier career milestones included roles in design and drafting at Projectual, Serviços de Engenharia, and Louritex, Lda, beginning in 1999. Hélder holds educational credentials from EPFL and the Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa.
