Suzanne Beaudoin

Suzanne Beaudoin is an experienced professional in customer success and leadership development, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at HRSG since November 2021. Prior to this role, Suzanne held the position of Customer Success Manager at Assent Compliance Inc. from March to October 2021. With a background in professional services, Suzanne worked as the Senior Director of Professional Services at Saba Software, where collaboration with sales teams was essential for optimizing customer use of talent management software. Additional experience includes roles as a Professional Services Sales Consultant at Halogen Software and various leadership positions at Global Knowledge Training, McGraw Hill Ryerson, Apple Canada, and WebCT. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Concordia University, earned between 1983 and 1986.
