Madeline Fink

Madeline Fink has worked in the energy industry since 2014. From 2014-2018, they were employed at Exelon Generation, where they held the roles of Engineer and Associate Engineer. In their role as Associate Engineer, they performed failure analysis on components from the energy industry, utilizing scanning electron microscopy, EDS, and light optical microscopy skills. In 2018, they joined HRST, Inc. as Director of Sales, and was later promoted to Mid-Atlantic Region Manager, where they managed client interfacing and business growth in the Mid-Atlantic region. Madeline also opened the Maryland office and hired staff. Additionally, they held the role of Materials Engineer.

Madeline Fink completed their Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from Lehigh University in 2014. Madeline then went on to earn their Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Drexel University in 2019.
