Stephen Hrutka is the Principal Consultant for Hruckus, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Company (SDVOSB) serving clients in the Federal and DoD marketplaces.

Stephen served 10 years of active duty in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer. After the Navy, Stephen earned five years of experience as a Management Consultant in the Gartner Federal IT Strategy Practice as well as the A.T. Kearney Public Sector and Defense Practice.
