Tonka Jerak Bajic

Tonka Jerak Bajic is an experienced legal advisor currently working at the Croatian National Bank since January 2022. Prior to this role, Tonka served as a Senior Legal Specialist at Addiko Bank Hrvatska from April 2018 to December 2021 and was a Legal Counsel at VENETO BANKA d.d. between December 2015 and March 2018. Before transitioning to banking, Tonka operated a law office and held positions as a Senior Associate and Associate in various law firms. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Law from the University of Zagreb and several online courses in European Business Law from Lund University, complemented by completing the Bar Exam from the Ministry of Justice in 2011.
