Paul Carney

Paul Carney has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Paul is currently working as a Lead Project Engineer for HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd. Prior to this, they worked at Thales as a Solution Engineering Manager and a Lead Signalling Design Delivery Manager. Paul also has experience at Atkins as a Senior Engineering Manager and an Engineering Manager (CEM). Before that, they worked at RailCorp as a Project Manager for signalling projects. Paul'searlier experience includes working as a Signalling Technical Manager at Carillion Transport.

Paul Carney attended the University of Wales College, Newport from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a B.Eng (Hon) degree in Instrumention and Control Engineering. In 2017, they obtained the certification of 7.8.230F Senior Engineering Manager (Project Engineering) from IRSE Assessing.
