Rachel Antony-Roberts

Rachel Antony-Roberts has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Rachel began their career at MEED as a Senior Conference Producer from October 2004 to February 2007. Rachel then joined Westminster City Council as a Policy Manager - Engagement from February 2007 to April 2008, followed by the role of Neighbourhoods and Engagement Manager from April 2008 to October 2009. Rachel also worked as a Research and Insight Manager / Assistant Census Liaison Manager from October 2009 to July 2011.

In 2012, Rachel joined the London Borough of Waltham Forest as a Research and Consultation Manager, serving until May 2013. Rachel then moved on to HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd and held various positions, including Community and Stakeholder Manager from June 2013 to August 2015, Stakeholder Operations Lead from August 2015 to August 2017, and Senior Strategy Manager from August 2017 to June 2020. Rachel also served as a Delivery Sponsor from June 2020 to February 2021 and Senior Delivery Sponsor from February 2021 to August 2021. Currently, they are the Head of Commercial Operations Interfaces at HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd and Co-Chair of the Gender Balance Network since September 2020.

Rachel Antony-Roberts earned a BA (Hons) degree in Arabic with Islamic History from the University of Oxford.
