Minjian Zhou

Minjian Zhou, FCAS has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Minjian is currently working as a Team Lead for GI & Health Actuarial at HSBC since December 2022. Prior to this role, they served as an Assistant Manager and GI Reserving Team Lead at HSBC from February 2022 to November 2022.

Before joining HSBC, Minjian worked at AXA, where they held multiple positions. Minjian was an Assistant Manager and GI Reserving Team Lead from October 2021 to February 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Actuarial Specialist for GI Valuation from April 2020 to September 2021. Minjian also held the position of Actuarial Specialist for GI Valuation from June 2018 to March 2020. Minjian started their career at AXA as an Actuarial Intern from May 2017 to May 2018.

In addition to their time at HSBC and AXA, Minjian gained valuable experience as an Actuarial Intern at PartnerRe from September 2016 to January 2017.

Minjian Zhou, FCAS, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science & Economics from Singapore Management University, which they completed from 2014 to 2018. Previously, they attended Raffles Institution between 2006 and 2011. In 2021, Minjian obtained a Fellowship in the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) from the Casualty Actuarial Society.
