Bhumika Parvani (Pooja Lalwani)

Bhumika Parvani (Pooja Lalwani) has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Bhumika is currently working as the HR Head at HSE INTEGRO since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Lazzaro Optics as an Assistant Manager (HR&Admin) from September 2017 to the present. In this role, they were responsible for creating and implementing HR policies and handling all HR functions.

Before Lazzaro Optics, Bhumika worked at All Time Plastics Private Limited as an HR Executive from April 2013 to April 2014. Their responsibilities included acting as a negotiating officer.

Additionally, Bhumika has also worked as a Human Resources Assistant at THEME ENGINEERING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED from August 2011 to November 2011.

Bhumika Parvani (also known as Pooja Lalwani) completed their schooling at KVV NIMBAHERA, where they studied Biology and General subjects. Following their schooling, they enrolled at NV Patel College of Pure and Applied Sciences, Vallabh Vidyanagar from 2006 to 2009. There, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology. After their undergraduate studies, Bhumika pursued higher education at Subodh Institute of Management & Career Studies, where they completed their MBA in Marketing & Finance from 2009 to 2011.
