Mark Novak

Mark Novak, JD, serves as the Corporate Compliance Officer and Vice President at Hospital Sisters Health System, a position held since December 2009. In this role, Mark Novak strengthens and develops the organization's culture of compliance through monitoring the compliance hotline and fostering fraud awareness at all levels. Additionally, collaboration with the chief financial officer aids in the creation and implementation of system-wide policies to ensure financial reporting integrity.
