Shashidhar Banakar

Shashidhar Banakar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. shashidhar started their career as a Shift Incharge at Betts India Ltd and then served as Manager-Projects and Maintenance at Duraline India Pvt. Ltd. Later, they worked as Sr. Manager-Projects at D-Link India Limited and subsequently as Vice President at Techtextil Limited. shashidhar joined HSIL Ltd. and Hindware Limited (Truflo by Hindware) as Sr. Vice President-Projects and Operations in 2015, where they are currently serving.

Shashidhar Banakar completed their education in a chronological order. In 1984, they obtained their 12th standard degree in science from Kittel College Dharwad. shashidhar then went on to attend Government Polytechnic College, where they earned a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from 1987 to 1990. Shashidhar further pursued their academic journey at Karnataka State Open University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical Engineering, completing their studies from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Shashidhar has also obtained a certification in Foundations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) from LinkedIn in April 2023.
