Voonchan Ho

VoonChan HO serves as the General Counsel and Group Data Protection Officer at HSL Constructor Pte Ltd, overseeing the Legal Department since August 2020, with responsibilities that include contract drafting, negotiation, and claims management. Prior to this role, VoonChan held positions as Senior Risk Manager at Fortis Construction, Inc., managing risk and insurance from October 2018 to August 2020, and as Senior Legal Counsel for the APAC region at M+W Group, focusing on legal and contractual matters across twelve countries from January 2010 to November 2018. VoonChan's experience also includes serving as Group Legal Manager at Asian Agri, handling diverse loan agreements and corporate secretarial matters, and similar duties at MP Oleo Pte. Ltd., where involvement in project financing was predominant. VoonChan holds a Certificate of Legal Practice from The Legal Profession Qualifying Board, Malaysia, and an LL.B from the University of London.
