Austin Rayburn

Austin Rayburn has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. From 2017 to the present, they have worked at HSP Direct, first as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and currently as the Chief of Staff to the CEO. Prior to that, they worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals from 2012 to 2017 as an Administrative Assistant and IT Coordinator. Austin also served as the Operations Manager at Hudson Trail Outfitters from 2011 to 2012. Austin gained early career experience as an intern at the U.S. House of Representatives in 2011. Austin also worked as a Student at Auburn University from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they held positions as a Leasing Administrator at Lyon Management Group in 2010 and as a Student Aid at Auburn Office of Technology Transfer in 2010.

Austin Rayburn graduated from Auburn University in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Management and Aviation. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Private Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in December 2008. Furthermore, in 2021, they obtained The Chief of Staff Association certification from The Chief of Staff Association, and in July 2022, they completed The Chief of Staff Association Micro-Credentials program also provided by The Chief of Staff Association.
