Christine Bosco is an experienced customer service professional with a solid background in managing support teams and client relations. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at HST Pathways since May 2021, Christine also holds the position of Director of Customer Support at Simple Admit since November 2013, where responsibilities include assisting clients with post-implementation inquiries, managing customer support processes, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
