Michael Blocher has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Michael most recently served as the Head of Production Engineering at H&T Presspart since November 2022. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Tooling & Maintenance at the same company from August 2017.

Michael Blocher's education history includes several qualifications and degrees. In 1986 to 1990, they attended SAIER Gruppe, where they specialized in Werkzeugmacher Fachrichtung Spritzguss / Formenabu. Michael then pursued further education in 1992 at REFA, where they obtained the degree of REFA Sachbearbeiter für Arbeitsstudium. From 1993 to 1995, Michael attended Gewerbliche und Hauswirtschaftliche Schulen Horb am Neckar, earning the degree of Staatlich geprüfter Maschinenbautechniker with a specialization in Fachrichtung Maschinentechnik, Schwerpunkt Fertigungstechnik. In 1995, they also obtained the qualification of Qualitätsfachmann from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität, focusing on Qualitätsregelkartentechnik, SPC, FMEA, Paretoanalyse, Ursache-Wirkungsdiagramm, and other related topics. Lastly, in 2006 to 2007, they completed the FEINTOOL Management Development Programm für Führungskräfte.
