Jodi Smith, MBA, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at H&T Recharge since November 2023. Previously, Jodi held the position of Vice President of People and Culture at Lewer from February 2022 to August 2023, where strategic leadership in talent management, workplace culture, and compliance was emphasized. As Vice President of Human Resources at the Children's Center for the Visually Impaired from November 2019 to February 2022, Jodi focused on creating an inclusive environment for both staff and students. Jodi has also held key roles in various organizations, including Operations Manager at Echo Systems and Chief Operating Officer at Integrated Electronics KC, demonstrating expertise in operational efficiency and human resources management. Jodi's educational background includes an MBA in Human Resources Management from Baker University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Leadership with a focus on Human Resources.
