Elena Martinez Egaña

Elena Martinez Egaña is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in talent and organizational development. Currently, Elena holds the position of Head of Human Resources at HTBA, a role started in March 2021. Prior to this, Elena worked at Alcon from November 2015 to March 2021, where responsibilities included Talent and Organizational Development Manager, HR Generalist/HRBP, HR Process Support, and HR Talent & Organizational Development. Earlier work includes serving as an HR Specialist at EPK and a Human Resources Intern at Cines Unidos. Elena's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Management from EADA Business School and a degree in Psychology from Universidad Metropolitana (VE), complemented by a Diplomado en Psicologia de Consumo.
