Ugandhar Babu

Ugandhar Babu is a seasoned IT professional with over 21 years of expertise in Project Management, Portfolio Management, Delivery Management, and Practice Management, specializing in ERP applications including Oracle PeopleSoft, EBS, JD Edwards, Oracle Cloud, SAP, and Ramco E-Applications. Currently serving as Delivery Director and Practice Lead for Oracle Practice at HTC Global Services since December 2021, Ugandhar previously held the position of Director and Practice Lead for Oracle Practice at Ciber India from June 2011 to November 2021. Professional experience also includes roles as PeopleSoft Technical Lead at Oracle and Senior PeopleSoft Consultant at Hexaware Technologies, among other positions. Notably, Ugandhar has successfully managed large teams, overseeing 180 direct reports within the Oracle practice, and has extensive experience in both implementing and maintaining ERP solutions in various countries, including the USA, Indonesia, Singapore, and Japan.
