Kerim Rizvanovic

Kerim Rizvanovic currently serves as the Head of Capacity Operations at HTEC Group since April 2023. Prior to this role, Kerim worked at Mistral from March 2016 to March 2023, initially as Head of Delivery and later as Head of Strategic Partnership & Capacity Management, contributing to the delivery of customized software solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as an IT Project Manager at Authority Partners Inc. from January 2014 to February 2016, where responsibilities included coordinating project activities and maintaining agile methodologies. Kerim also held the position of ICT Consultant at ZIRA from January 2008 to January 2014, and positions in database administration and software development at ProCredit Bank and BS Telecom Solutions, respectively. Kerim's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bemidji State University, completed in 2004.
