Jeff Critchfield

Jeff Critchfield currently serves as the Manager of Commerce and Content at HTF since January 2022. Previous experience includes roles at Guitar Center as both a Dynamics AX Developer and Senior Business Analyst from February 2016 to December 2021. Prior to that, Jeff held multiple positions at Music & Arts, including Product Manager, Solutions Architect, Business Intelligence Manager, and Inventory Control Manager from February 2006 to January 2016. Earlier career experience includes working at Guitar Center from October 1999 to February 2006 as Operations Manager and Sales Associate. Jeff holds an Associate’s Degree in Recording Arts Technology/Technician from Full Sail University, completed in 1999.
