Lauren DeLuca has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and communications. Lauren currently serves as the Marketing & Communications Director at HTI Labs. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Contractor for HTI Labs and served as a Volunteer for the organization. Prior to their role at HTI Labs, they were a Marketing Strategist at ZAFCO from 2017 to 2020. Throughout their work experience, Lauren developed expertise in marketing, communication, event planning, and customer service.

Lauren DeLuca started their education journey by attending Lincoln Way East Community High School from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a College Prep curriculum. Following their high school graduation, they enrolled at the University of Iowa, where they studied Communication Studies and Spanish, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree between 2009 and 2012. In the same year, Lauren also attended Universitat Pompeu Fabra to further their studies in Spanish and Communication Studies. Lauren then decided to pursue a Master's Degree in Health Communication, graduating with Distinction, at DePaul University from 2014 to 2015.

Throughout their educational endeavors, Lauren has also gained additional certifications, including Inbound Marketing from HubSpot, which they obtained in February 2018, and Spredfast Conversations from Spredfast, which they acquired in November 2015.
