Jenny Billard

Jenny Billard is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as Business Partner RH at HTL Biotechnology since February 2020, Jenny oversees approximately 170 employees and is responsible for the implementation of HR policies, recruitment, talent management, and providing support to managers. Previous roles include Chargée RH at HTL Biotechnology, where responsibilities encompassed personnel administration and the recruitment process, and Chargée de ressources humaines at Valeo, focusing on the recruitment and training of interns and apprentices. Jenny's background also includes internships at FRENEHARD, where training organization was a focus, and Evergreen Garden Care, where recruitment and HR investigations were conducted. Jenny holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from E2SE Business School and has completed multiple relevant educational programs, establishing a solid foundation in human resources disciplines.
