Ryan McCausland

Ryan Mccausland is an accomplished project delivery general manager at HTS Innovative Heating Solutions since March 2024. Previously, Ryan served as a project executive at Classic Industrial Services and as branch leader at Grunau Company, where leadership encompassed HVAC, industrial, plumbing, and underground divisions. Ryan's experience also includes a role as operations manager, overseeing pre-construction services that involved estimating, engineering, BIM, and fabrication. Prior to these positions, Ryan was a program manager at SAIC, directing a large team focused on mental and psychological skill training for military personnel and their families. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
