CJ Hale

Vice President Of Immersive Solutions at HTX Labs

CJ Hale has extensive work experience, beginning in 2001 as a Flight Systems Test Manager and Aeropropulsion Test Program Manager at Arnold Engineering Development Complex. In 2004, Hale moved to Air Armament Center as Chief Flight System Test Engineer for the Miniature Air Launched Decoy System Program Office. In 2008, Hale was an Instrumentation Flight Commander for Air Force Special Operations Command. From 2010 to 2013, Hale was a Program Integrator and Quality Assurance Engineer for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control at Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). From 2013 to 2016, Hale was an Aide-de-Camp, Executive Officer, and Joint Warfare Instructor at Air University. From 2016 to 2020, Hale was the Director and Lead Program Manager at AFWERX Austin Hub, as well as the Commander's Action Group, Legislative Liaison, and International Affairs at USAFE-AFAFRICA. In 2021, Hale became the Chief of the Rapid Development Office at HQ Air Education and Training Command. Most recently, in 2022, Hale was appointed Director of Programs at HTX Labs.

CJ Hale received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University, graduating in 2000. In 2007, they earned a Master of Science in Management, Organizational Behavior and Leadership from Troy University.
