Armand Arraitz

Armand Arraitz is a professional with significant experience in sourcing and project management within the food technology sector. Currently serving as Responsable Sourcing at Hubcycle since April 2022, Armand previously held the position of Chef de projets at Aptunion from February 2021 to April 2022, where responsibilities included the development and optimization of drying technologies for fruit pieces, conducting industrial trials, and training operators. Prior experience includes an internship focused on continuous improvement at Groupe Gendreau, seasonal employment in customer service and stock management at L'abri côtier, and various agricultural internships that provided exposure to ovine and avicultural production, as well as dairy farming. Armand holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and Industrial Development of Food Products from ESA, L'Ecole supérieure des agricultures, completed in 2021.
