Geoff DeMartino

Geoff DeMartino has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer since July 2020. Geoff has responsibility for the organization’s financial activities as well as acquisitions, investor relations, and relationships with the company’s lenders. He joined Hub Group in 2016 as Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy, and led the acquisitions of Estenson Logistics and CaseStack, and the divestiture of Mode Transportation.

Prior to joining Hub, Geoff spent over 15 years in a variety of financial roles including corporate development and investment banking.

Geoff received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Northwestern University.
