Kurt Christopher has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Kurt began their career as an Associate Producer at Denver7 - The Denver Channel (KMGH-TV) in 1996 before moving on to work as a Television News Producer at WANE 15. Kurt then joined KOB 4, where they held various positions including Television News Producer, Digital Media Manager, and Executive Producer. During their time at KOB 4, they successfully improved morning newscast ratings and motivated the editorial team to win breaking news and increase story count. Kurt then joined KDVR - FOX31 Denver as a Senior News Producer, where they managed the newsroom and implemented process improvements that contributed to increased ratings. Kurt later joined Rocky Mountain PBS as a Nonprofit Special Events and Volunteer Coordinator, leading the planning and coordination of events and raising significant funds. Most recently, Kurt has been working at Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc., starting as the Digital Media Director at KOB-TV and subsequently holding the positions of Corporate Product Manager / Project Manager, General Manager of Digital for the Hubbard Broadcasting Television Group, and now Vice President of Television Digital Strategy. In these roles, they have achieved significant results, such as increasing company-wide digital revenue, growing local digital business, and increasing programmatic indirect revenue. Kurt Christopher pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Telecommunications from Ball State University. Kurt attended the university from 1992 to 1996. Later, they sought further education at the UNM Anderson School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Kurt completed their MBA degree from 2008 to 2010.
