Matthew Hughes Pe

Matthew Hughes, PE currently serves as a Project Engineer at Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. Since joining the company in March 2015, Matthew has been responsible for developing Asset Management Plans and GIS Databases for sewer collection systems. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as a Streets Supervisor Assistant at the City of Troy, where Matthew oversaw projects such as the "Troy Roads Rock" slab replacement program. With a background in Civil Engineering from Wayne State University, Matthew also gained experience as an Engineering Technician II at Soil and Materials Engineers, Inc. In addition, Matthew recently obtained a Professional Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Certificate from Michigan State University.
