Dr Miithun Manalikandy

Dr. Miithun Manalikandy serves as the Senior Director and India Engineering Leader at Hubbell Incorporated since May 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including EGM of Advanced Safety at Aptiv and Head of Model-Based Design Practice at Tata Elxsi. With over a decade of expertise in engineering and technology leadership, Dr. Manalikandy has successfully managed complex programs in data science, safety engineering, and model-based design across various industries including automotive and aerospace. In addition, Dr. Manalikandy has contributed to academic and professional communities through leadership positions in IEEE Robotics and Automation Society and extensive customer engagement at The MathWorks. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal and a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from WorldQuant University.
