Peter J. Lau

Peter J. Lau is the current president of Hubbell's Electrical Solutions Segment. Peter has also previously served as the CEO of International for Current, powered by GE, and as GM of Global Sourcing and LED Fulfillment for GE Lighting.

Lau has over 15 years of experience in the industry, and has developed a keen commercial eye and a wealth of customer insight. Peter is focused on simplifying energy consumption through the marriage of software and hardware – creating a true ‘one-stop-shop’ for energy solutions.

Lau is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where they earned their bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

Peter J. Lau graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in finance.

They work with William R. Sperry - Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Rodd R. Ruland - Executive Vice President, Transition and Integration, and Susan Huppertz - Chief Manufacturing and Supply Chain Officer. Peter J. Lau reports to Gerben W.
