Kate Jay

Kate Jay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food sector and community development. Currently serving as a Creative Partner for the Food Team at Hubbub since March 2022, Kate also coordinates the Community Fridge Project. Previous roles include Volunteering Development Officer at FareShare UK and Guesthouse Manager at Bolara 60. With a strong foundation in user training and volunteer support, Kate co-founded On The Table Supper Club, focusing on food systems discussions. An educational background includes a Master's degree in Food Policy from City, University of London, a Master’s degree in Modern Literature from The University of Edinburgh, and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Leeds.
