Kaushik Majumder

Kaushik Majumder has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kaushik is currently serving as the Head of Global IT Infrastructure & Shared Services at hubergroup since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at BASF as the Head of Digital Services & Information Protection Officer for South Asia from July 2016 to February 2022. Kaushik achieved significant improvements in IT incidents and service quality during their tenure.

Before joining BASF, Kaushik held various positions at Linde India Limited. Kaushik served as the Head of Information Services, South Asia from March 2012 to June 2016, where they successfully achieved sustainable SLA and managed the migration of SAP South Asian instance. Earlier, they held the position of Head Workgroup & Infrastructure from December 2008 to February 2012, where they stabilized attrition rates, built a high-performance infrastructure, and introduced an Alignment Matrix for team integration.

Prior to Linde, Kaushik worked at Nortel Networks as a Service Delivery Manager, managing the Opex based Help Line for Bharti Airtel mobility services. Kaushik effectively handled billing, team management, and call flow modification. Additionally, they worked at Linde as a Network Services Manager, responsible for managing global network operations and budget.

Kaushik also has experience working at Accenture as a Tech Shift Lead, HP (Outsourcing Services Ltd) as a Team Leader, and 123 Greetings (Intrasoft Technologies) as a System Manager.

Kaushik Majumder's education history is as follows:

- From 2007 to 2009, Kaushik studied at Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education, where they obtained an MBA in Information Technology.

- From 2012 to 2014, they attended the INDIAN SCHOOL OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION, earning a Doctrate in Management Studies [DMS] with a focus on Information Technology.

- From 1997 to 2000, Kaushik studied at the National Institute of Information Technology, earning a GNIIT degree in Computer studies.

- From 1995 to 1998, they attended South City College and obtained a Bcom(Hons) degree in Accounts, Economics, Etc.

- From 1980 to 1993, Kaushik completed their secondary education at Hartley's High School, receiving a Madhyamik degree.

- From 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Doctor's Degree in IT at the INDIAN SCHOOL OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION.

In addition to their formal education, Kaushik has obtained certifications in Innovation Management from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) and in Digital Transformation for Leaders from LinkedIn. Kaushik also holds a DMS IT certification from ISBM.
