Lisa Krueger

Lisa Krueger has over 6 years of work experience in various roles. Lisa started their career in 2015 with work and travel in Australia, where they traveled around the country and worked in different farms. In 2016, they worked as an Account Manager at Linara GmbH, where they focused on acquiring new customers, managing existing ones, and collaborating with international partners. In 2018, they continued their work and travel adventures in New Zealand, where they traveled around the North and South Islands, working in hospitality. Later in 2018, they joined Optimus Search as a Recruitment Consultant in Berlin. In this role, they matched candidates with companies and built strong relationships with clients. Lisa then took on roles as a Senior Recruiter and Principal Recruiter at Optimus Search, where they played a key role in talent acquisition. In 2020, they joined Hubject as a Senior Recruiter and HR Manager, responsible for recruiting top talent. Currently, Lisa is a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Hubject.
