Hammadi Agharass

Hammadi Agharass has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Their most recent position is as a Software Engineer at Hublo, where they contribute to the design, architecture, development, and delivery of the platform. Hammadi also helps define good practices, participates in performance optimization and platform monitoring, and assists in developing the skills of the tech team. Hammadi has been involved in various projects, such as designing and implementing security manager Cheff and distributed messaging system Hermes. Hammadi has also established the initial foundation of Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and introduced Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Hexagonal Architecture at Hublo. Prior to this, Hammadi worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Hublo, where they contributed to revolutionizing the management of human resources in healthcare. Hammadi has also gained experience as a Full Stack Engineer at the Centre National pour la Recherche Scientifique et Technique (CNRST), where they played a key role in building a data-oriented platform for COVID-19 statistics and reports. In addition, they have professional experience as a Back End Developer at ALTEN MAROC, where they implemented a solution for monitoring support and assistance activities, and as a Full Stack Engineer at the Office national de l'electricité et de l'eau potable - Branche Electricité, where they developed a solution for managing load controls and detecting anomalies in electrical posts. Hammadi Agharass began their education at Lycée du Moulay Rachid where they completed their Baccalauréat in Sciences Physiques et Chimiques from 2013 to 2016. Hammadi then attended Ecole Supérieure de Technologie de Fès (ESTF) from 2016 to 2018, earning a Technicien Supérieur degree in Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration.

In 2018, Hammadi enrolled at ENSET Mohammedia and pursued a degree in Ingénieur d'État in Génie du Logiciel et des Systèmes Informatiques Distribués, which they completed in 2021.

In 2020, Hammadi participated in the Shanghai International Summer School of Engineering as a postgraduate student, studying Autonomous Intelligence beyond Data Science at SJTU-ParisTech Elite Institute of Technology.

Aside from their formal education, Hammadi has also obtained certifications in the field of information and communication technology. Hammadi achieved the Huawei Certified ICT Associate Big Data certification from Huawei in August 2020, as well as the Huawei Certified ICT Associate Cloud Computing certification from the same institution during the same period.
