Katarzyna Wala

Katarzyna Wala is an experienced design research professional, currently serving as Design Research Lead and previously as Senior Design Researcher at hubraum since December 2018, focusing on technological innovation in digital and telecom services. With a background in qualitative design research, Katarzyna has conducted various workshops and trainings as a freelance educator since 2015, collaborating with numerous cultural and educational institutions. Previously, Katarzyna held roles in social research, including Senior Researcher for freelance marketing and design research from 2007 to 2021, and Design Researcher at Generator of Innovation. Katarzyna's educational background includes a Doctorate in Cultural Studies from the University of Wroclaw and additional qualifications in UX design and research from institutions such as the University of Denver and the Nielsen Norman Group.
