Lay Hoon Ng

Lay Hoon Ng is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at HubSpot since December 2020, Lay Hoon previously held the position of Asia Talent Acquisition Leader at Colliers International, where responsibilities included recruitment across Asia for the Capital Markets business and senior hires in Singapore. Prior to this, Lay Hoon spent over a decade at Michael Page in various roles, including Head of Legal and Compliance practice and Associate Director for Financial Services. Lay Hoon's career began at Deloitte & Touche as an Auditor, and included a stint as an Internal Auditor at Far East Organization. Lay Hoon Ng holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
