Adriana Padilla

Adriana Padilla has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Adriana started their career as an Analyst of Processes at Cooperativa COLANTA in 2012 and worked there until 2016. Following that, they joined Tigo Colombia as a Process Optimization Specialist from 2016 to 2017. Adriana then moved on to Empresas Públicas de Medellín - EPM, where they worked as a Digital Transformation Specialist from 2017 to 2018. Adriana later joined ARUS Tecnología + Información + Conocimiento as an RPA BPMS IA Process Architect from 2018 to 2020.

In 2020, Adriana joined Hubtek as a Product Development Director, where they were responsible for creating and designing product strategies, managing interactions with clients and tech providers, and overseeing the design and development phases of the product cycle. Adriana also managed a large team of engineers. Additionally, they coordinated project loads and deliverables timetables, and was involved in planning, budgeting, reporting, and delivery. Adriana held this role until at least June 2021.

Adriana also held the position of Intelligent Automation Architect Manager at Hubtek from July 2020 to June 2021, although details about their responsibilities in this role are not provided.

From 2006 to 2012, Adriana attended Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, where they earned a degree in industrial engineering in the field of study of Ingenieria industrial.

In 2015, they briefly attended Universidad de Medellín and obtained a specialization in high management in the field of study of Alta gerencia.

In 2017, Adriana completed a diploma in Lean Six Sigma from Universidad EAFIT, focusing on the field of study of Procesos.

In 2011, they also obtained a diploma in human resource management/personnel administration from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.

In addition to these educational achievements, Adriana also holds several certifications. In 2022, they obtained certifications in Technical Product Management, Foundations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0), RPA, AI, and Cognitive Tech for Leaders, and Design Thinking: Understanding the Process from LinkedIn. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Business Analyst from Automation Anywhere and Uipath Studio X from UiPath. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Process Modeling from Bizagi and a Business Analyst certification from UiPath. Prior to that, in 2017, they completed a course in advanced statistics from Universidad de Medellín.
