Nicola Gibson

Nicola Gibson serves as the Associate Director of Delivery and Performance at HUCHealthcare since March 2021, overseeing the operational management of clinical services in HUC East of England and leading training and education initiatives. Previous roles include Head of Primary and Urgent Care at Herts Urgent Care, Advanced Nurse Practitioner at Crouch Oak Practice, and Head of Urgent Care at OneMedicalGroup Ltd. Additional experience spans clinical education and practice at Virgin Care Limited and various nursing and clinical support positions at institutions such as the University of Surrey and South Central Ambulance Service.
