Bill's entrepreneurial journey began as the Founder and Executive Vice-President of ShipNet Systems, Inc., an early e-commerce company linking freight shippers to carriers. Bill held significant legal positions at the Civil Aeronautics Board and Baker & Hostetler LLP, focusing on litigation and antitrust issues, and also served as Attorney-Adviser to two Chairmen at the Federal Trade Commission.
