Damien Grassy

Damien Grassy has a strong background in finance and has held various leadership roles in multinational companies. Damien is currently serving as the Group Finance Director at Huda Beauty since July 2023. Previously, Damien worked as the Chief Financial Officer at POC Pharma from April 2022 to March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Finance Director Emerging Markets at Hillrom from November 2019 to April 2022. Damien also worked at Galderma for several years, where they held positions such as Finance Director MERITA and Head of Finance META. Damien started their career at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics as a Business Planning Senior Analyst and began their professional journey at Ernst & Young as a Financial Auditor.

Damien Grassy attended SKEMA Business School from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Finance & Auditing.
