Lila Dolansky

Lila Dolansky is a seasoned geologist with extensive experience in the mining and exploration sectors. Currently serving as a Project Geologist at Hudbay Minerals Inc. since March 2021, responsibilities include evaluating geological and geophysical data and conducting summer field programs in the Flin Flon-Snow Lake Greenstone Belt. Previously, Lila held various roles at Hudbay Minerals Inc., including Exploration Geologist and Underground Mine Geologist, focusing on exploration drilling and geological assessments in gold targets. Lila's career includes significant positions at Vale as an Underground Mine Geologist, overseeing operations and training new hires, as well as experience in exploration and geophysical analysis with companies like Manitou Gold, Magma Metals, and ESG Solutions. Lila holds a Master's Degree in Earth & Planetary Sciences from McGill University and a Bachelor's Degree in Geography & Geology from Saint Mary's University.
