Mark Willis

Mark Willis has worked as Treasurer and General Counsel at Hudson Bay Capital Management LP since September 2015. In this role, they manage liquidity, including forecasting, funding strategies, and financing optimization. Mark is also responsible for managing executing broker and financing counterparties, negotiating agreements, and overseeing vendor, stock purchase, trading, and financing agreements.

Prior to this, Mark worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Managing Director from July 2002 to June 2015. At Credit Suisse, they held the position of Vice President/Counsel from July 2000 to July 2002. Mark's earlier experience includes working at PaineWebber as a Senior Compliance Officer/Assistant General Counsel from May 1995 to July 2000.

Mark Willis received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from St. John's University in the years 1985 to 1989. Following this, they attended Xavier High School from 1981 to 1985. Mark then pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) degree with a focus on Business Law at St. John's University School of Law from 1992 to 1994. In addition to their degrees, Mark holds certifications such as a CPA License and Series 7, 63, and 24.
