Nieshia Ellis

Nieshia Ellis has a comprehensive work history in recruitment and human resources. Nieshia started their career as a Personnel Assistant/Recruiter at Mel Evans Associates in 1988. Nieshia then worked as an Assistant Office Manager at the National Basketball Association and as an Office Manager/Underwriting Assistant at GRE Insurance Group. In 1997, they became a Human Resources Consultant at Mulhenberg Regional Medical Center. From 1998 to 2000, they served as a Recruiting/Floater Program Manager at Buck Consultants. Nieshia then worked as a Recruiting Manager at Barnes & Noble's online division. In 2002, they became a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Staffmark and later joined Staples as a Divisional Recruiter. Their most recent role was at Hudson Group, where they held positions as a Recruitment Manager and eventually became the Director of Coaching and Recruitment. Throughout their career, Nieshia has had extensive experience in full cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, staff development, and creating HR procedures and policies. Nieshia has also been involved in strategic recruiting processes and implementation teams for HR manuals and corporate policies.

Nieshia Ellis completed the SHRM Learning program towards PHR Certification at Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2008. Nieshia studied English Language and Literature at Berkeley College, NYC, and obtained an Associates degree in Business Administration from Plaza College.
