LeeAnn Scaduto

LeeAnn Scaduto has more than 25 years of experience working in New York City’s Settlement Houses, seventeen of them at the Guild. She is an LCSW with an MSW from Hunter and a BA in Psychology and Economics. LeeAnn began working at Hudson Guild in 2003 as the Director of Children and Youth Services. In this role, she was responsible for the planning, development, assessment, and overall supervision of all early childhood, after-school, and teen services programming. LeeAnn then became a Deputy Executive Director and member of the Executive Team, participating in the organization's overall management and overseeing the Operations functions including Human Resources, IT and Facilities, and Food Services. Currently, LeeAnn is the Guild's Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for taking a lead role in building, implementing, and overseeing all of the organization’s systems, processes, workflows, and procedures in the areas of Impact, Talent Development, Budget Management, Organizational Operations, and Special Initiatives.
