Tim Michaels

Tim Michaels currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of HealthRate since September 2024 and is a Board Member at Hudson Hospital & Clinic since January 2022. Previously, Tim held the position of Senior Vice President of Insurance Risk Services at Emerging Therapy Solutions from October 2022 to September 2024, where oversight included the company's risk-based products and financial assessment tools. Tim's extensive executive experience includes leadership roles at RHE - Family Office, Danica Rosé Wine, Fresh Vine Wine, and Grant Thornton LLP. Tim began a career in advisory and leadership roles in the health industry and consulting, with earlier experience as Vice President at Optum and Senior Principal at eLoyalty. Educational qualifications include a degree in Financial Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College and additional advanced studies at the University of Minnesota and MIT Sloan School of Management.
