Keith Naber is the current Vice President of Professional Programs at Hudson Institute of Coaching. Keith has over 20 years of experience in coaching and leadership development.
Keith started their career in 1995 as a Manufacturing Manager at Packard Bell. In 2000, they transitioned to Intel Corporation where they spent the next 21 years as an Executive Leadership Coach. In this role, Keith was responsible for coaching and developing leaders within the company.
In 2021, Keith joined Hudson Institute of Coaching as the Vice President of Professional Programs. In this role, Keith is responsible for overseeing all professional coaching programs offered by the institute.
Keith Naber has a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology, a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelors in Behavioral Studies, Business from The Master's University. Keith also has a GED from Healdsburg High School. Keith is an Executive and Leadership Coach from Hudson Institute of Coaching and is certified from Birkmanconsult in Birkman Assessment, International Coaching Federation in Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Hogan Assessment Systems in Hogan Assessment, and Hudson Institute of Coaching in Executive Coach; Hudson Institute of Coaching.
