Kay L. Tidwell

Kay Tidwell currently serves as a Board Member for RF Industries, Ltd. since September 2022 and is a Chief Member at Chief, a network aimed at empowering women in leadership positions, since October 2021. Tidwell has held the position of Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Risk Officer at Hudson Pacific Properties since November 2010. Prior experience includes working as an Attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP from October 2002 to October 2010 and serving as a Fellow at the Robert Bosch Foundation from 2004 to 2005. Tidwell holds a Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School (1999-2002) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Yale University (1995-1999), with earlier education at Burroughs High School (1991-1995).
