Nader Shah

Nader Shah joined Hudson Pacific in 2012 and serves as Senior Vice President, Construction and Development, where he provides oversight for the company’s development and redevelopment projects.

Prior to joining Hudson Pacific, Shah worked as a Managing Member of Stoneridge Development Co., LLC, where he focused on commercial and industrial development, acquisition opportunities, brokerage assignments, entitlement procurement and consulting services to a wide range of clients’ commercial real estate advisory needs. Shah also previously served as the Senior Vice President, Western Regional Manager at Higgins Development partners.

He graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics.
