Kimberly Quinones has a diverse and impressive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kimberly started their career as a Vice President in the public finance department at Bear Stearns & Co., Inc., where they worked on infrastructure projects for the City of New York and Puerto Rico. Afterward, they joined Citicorp Securities, Inc. as a Vice President specializing in structuring and marketing short-term financing vehicles and interest rate derivatives. Kimberly then served as the Director of Economic Development at the Office of the Mayor in the City of New York, followed by their role as Vice President and Manager of the NY Region Public Finance department at Raymond James Financial, Inc. In this position, they established public finance investment banking in the northeast and secured underwriter assignments in New York and Connecticut.

Kimberly later joined Citi as a Director in the Public Finance division, providing financing solutions for infrastructure needs in several states. Kimberly then moved on to Ramirez & Co., Inc. as a Managing Director, where they established the company as a leading municipal bond underwriter in California. Kimberly also served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation, overseeing the negotiation of ground leases and managing the private operating agreement for the Roosevelt Island Tram.

Before their current role, Kimberly worked as the Executive Director of the NYC Blockchain Center, a public/private partnership between the Global Blockchain Business Council and the NYC Economic Development Corporation. Kimberly played a crucial role in fostering collaboration between local and global companies, academia, government, and entrepreneurs in the blockchain sector. Currently, Kimberly holds the position of Executive Vice President and CFO at the Hudson River Park Trust, where they oversee finance and real estate for the trust, responsible for operating, developing, and maintaining the 550 acre Hudson River Park in Manhattan.

Kimberly Quinones obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Princeton University, where they studied from 1978 to 1982.
