Monica Traupmann has been working in the field of propulsion engineering since 2016. Monica began their career at Chemetall as a Technical and Analytical Co-Op. In 2018, they moved to Castle Point Rocketry as a Propulsion Engineer and Safety Coordinator. The following year, they were a Propulsion Technology Intern at NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration. In 2020, they began working at US Army Futures Command DEVCOM Armaments Center as a Propulsion Engineer and also became Co-Founder, CTO, and Propulsion Engineer at Hudson Space Systems.
Monica Traupmann began their educational journey in 2011, when they graduated from Immaculate Heart Academy with a high school diploma. Monica then went on to attend Stevens Institute of Technology, graduating in 2019 with a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering. Monica continued their studies at Stevens Institute of Technology, graduating in 2020 with a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
